Lately, at ANKRO, we've been busy building and setting up a measurement room. The construction is complete, the machines and tools have been ordered, and now it's just a matter of waiting for them to arrive on site. This will enable us to guarantee even greater precision for your new projects. The measurement room is expected to be operational in April.
At ANKRO, we place great value on the quality of our plastic products. To continue meeting the increasing demands of the market and to ensure our quality standards, construction of a measurement room began last year. A measurement room offers several advantages, allowing us to work more accurately, reliably, and efficiently through various quality controls.
Through product measurement controls, we can detect and correct defects early on. This reduces the time spent on returns, repairs, and other associated tasks. Once the measurement room is operational, we'll be able to provide measurement reports and certificates upon request.
With the acquisition of the "Hexagon TIGO SF," we aim to elevate our production capabilities at ANKRO. The TIGO SF is a precise and compact CMM machine designed specifically for workshop use. With a measuring volume of 500 x 580 x 500 mm, this machine is the perfect solution for measuring a wide range of small and medium-sized plastic products. Its design allows full access from three sides, facilitating manual and automatic loading and unloading of products.
Additionally, this measuring machine features a rotating head, providing more freedom of movement and enabling the measurement of complex geometries. The added scanning function allows for continuous measurement and effortless measurement of free forms, such as products made with 5-axis machining.
