BKB Precision Group Presents the 2025 Sustainability Report

Sustainability requires continuous development, collaboration, and concrete action. An organization does not become sustainable overnight. With the publication of the Sustainability Report 2025, we at BKB Precision Group demonstrate how sustainability is taking shape within our organization. This marks the third consecutive year that we have been working specifically to make our organization more sustainable and publishing a report. In the latest report, we share our key developments, results achieved, and ambitions for the future.

Progress on Key Themes

Over the past year, we have taken further steps across various fronts within the BKB Precision Group to make our organization more sustainable. For instance, we have worked on reducing our CO2 emissions, using energy more efficiently, and strengthening circularity in our processes.

In addition, the safety of our employees, innovation, and good governance continue to play an important role in our development, all of which you can read about in the new report.

From Ambition to Concrete Actions

Within the group, sustainability is translated into concrete actions by integrating it into the way we work, make decisions, and improve our processes. In practice, this means that initiatives originate from the shop floor and production environments, where employees can directly see how efficiency and sustainability go hand in hand.

These improvements are then structurally embedded and shared within the group, ensuring that sustainable progress continues to develop. As a result, sustainability is not a “standalone project,” but a continuous improvement effort involving the entire team.
