Converting raw material into an initial product with both round and straight shapes requires the use of one of our most advanced machines: the Mazak Integrex. Using this machine, our craftsmen develop a production strategy with the help of our comprehensive HyperMill software. This enables us to produce the product entirely in a single clamping, allowing us to meet the required tolerances.
Thanks to the recently introduced innovation in our software package, we are also able to automatically deburr this type of product. This guarantees quality and efficiency.
In order to be able to scale up efficiently after optimizing the prototype series, our machines are equipped with automatic bar feeding, among other things. This enables efficient upscaling to medium to large series, even for complex series.
This automated deburring process ensures that our machines produce high-quality products. To guarantee our ANKRO quality, products are visually inspected and remeasured, and finished where necessary. For the project in question, a specific finish was requested for aesthetic purposes. We offer various options for this, and in this case, glass bead blasting was chosen. This resulted in an even and matte appearance.
After this professional treatment, the products were carefully packaged and delivered to our customer. Another great project has been completed to everyone's satisfaction.
